  Staff could impove on there KPI's and service to customers and smile more to lift the mood so the customers feel comfortable. Also stop getting orders wrong i spent 58 dollars and came home with everything but what i ordered the only part of my order they had right was the drinks hmmm not sure if ill go back

  It was terrible last night 6.30pm and they had run out of original chicken pieces as I could hear them talking behind the counter that it would be at least 30 minutes wait but the manager didn't announce to the queue of people that stretched to the door, so when people were served they were not very happy, also when we left the line of cars in the drive thru was stretching out onto the side street, so did any team members go and inform them? Probably not . I think that you will lose a lot of customers as the service includes informing people of delays not ignoring them and letting the young service staff to cop the flack.
